Why should GREEN PATENT BLOG be refused registration, while trademarks such as GREEN HOMES CENTTRAL (providing information on green buildings), GREEN MBA (a MBA program about green issues), or INSIDE GREEN BUSINESS (providing information about green business) have been held to be registrable?
